Disappointment

In April 2016, along with Vzpomínka (Memory), another piece called Zklamání (Disappointment) was composed a week later. Its character is one of the saddest and coldest of my pieces ever.

It became the first piece that immediately (and was the only one) to get its musical notation. For the first time ever, two different tones have been combined and used, incorporating the use of non-tonal dominants. One of the great advantages of this composition is its articulated refrain, which is based on seven different chord turns in an ingenious order.

Zklamání (Disappointment) is one of the pieces that was not dedicated to anyone. It only summarizes my feelings from the above-mentioned period, which are traditionally encoded in the music cover. Everyone can come up with their own idea and put their own emotions and events into the given passages.
